Services
Support tailored to what you're going through.
Every course of therapy starts with a free consultation, so we can work out together what's likely to help.
Anxiety & stress
For racing thoughts, overwhelm, panic, or the low hum of stress that doesn't switch off. We'll look at what's driving it and build practical, sustainable ways to feel steadier day to day. Many people find between 6 and 12 sessions helpful, though we'll review together as we go.
Individual counselling
Open-ended, one-to-one sessions for whatever you're carrying: low mood, grief, self-esteem, identity, or simply wanting space to think out loud with someone trained to listen well.
Trauma-informed counselling
A paced, safety-first approach to processing difficult or traumatic experiences (past or recent) without being rushed or re-overwhelmed. We build stabilising skills before any deeper work.
Bereavement Counselling
Compassionate, specialist support for grief and loss, whether the bereavement is recent or has been carried for a long time. A space to process loss at your own pace, without being rushed.

FAQ
Common questions
What happens in the first session?
We'll talk through what's brought you to therapy, agree on confidentiality and how we'll work together, and start to explore what a helpful course of sessions might look like. There's no obligation to continue.
Is everything I say confidential?
Yes, with the standard legal and ethical exceptions relating to risk of serious harm, which are explained clearly at the outset, never as a surprise later on.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, most services are available by secure video call as well as in-person in Solihull, so you can choose whatever fits your circumstances.
How many sessions will I need?
It varies a lot by person and situation. We'll review progress regularly and you're always free to pause or end sessions whenever feels right.
What's your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full.
Why should you choose to work with me?
I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach and tailor therapy to you rather than fitting you into a fixed model. I have specialist experience supporting people through grief and loss, and I combine practical strategies with compassionate listening. Sessions are available online or face-to-face, and everything starts with a free, no-obligation consultation, so you can be confident it's the right fit before committing to anything.
